It started as a red rash then turned into a bunch of bumps. She’s one month old.

My son had these and doctor said it was seborrea dermatitis, he prescribed hydrocortisone however I only put it in twice due to being told my numerous people that it makes baby’s skin thin which is not good however the two applications were enough to get it to clear up on his face but he had it on face, neck folds, chest & scalp skin is still really dry. It’s cradle cap also when on the scalp apparently it’s normal and common for babies to have 🤷🏼‍♀️ we have been treating the scalp with oil during baths although it goes away on its own eventually, no one wants a flaky headed baby.

It’s acne it does not harm your child and the baby doesn’t feel discomfort my baby also has it but my doctor said it will disappear on its own at around 4 months old but if it continues after 4 months of age you should get them medical help as soon as possible.

Its just baby acne my baby had the same thing. My pediatrician prescribed an ointment and it went away just after 3 days.
