What’s you’re sleep routines?

What time does baby have tea time meal? 
What time do you bathe them? 
What time do they go to sleep?

Answer

Between 17-1730 she has her dinner.   
If she's having a bath that night we start around 1745-1800.  
At 1800 we go to her room and put on a fresh diaper and jammies.   Then we put her in her crib with some toys and she plays while I read to her.   Sometimes she lets me know she's ready for bed around 1815 but sometimes she plays until 1830.   Whichever, when it's time, I get settled in the recliner in her room and my husband hands her to me.  I get started on the bottle while he puts her toys away and turns the lamp off.  When it's dark we (I) talk quietly about our day while she drinks her 4 oz of milk.   When she's finished I give her a big hug and tell her I love her.  
Then I lay her in her crib and say, "Sleep tight, I love you," and I leave.   Usually she goes right to sleep.

She usually wakes up once or twice at night, only to drink. Finally wakes up for the day at 8am.

Dinner is with us around 6. We don’t bathe in the evening and only bathe every other day. So around 8:45 we start bedtime routine with a song, diaper change, and pjs. Then turn on the white noise, and breastfeed until drowsy. I put down awake and he goes right to sleep by 9:15 at the latest.

Then story, sing lullaby, cuddle, lay him in the cot and sing to him until he falls asleep, normally by around 7.30/7.45
