Help a momma out 😓
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant with a sweet baby girl. My hips are KILLING me. I’ve been using heat and tylenol as needed. Have any of you mommas had intense hip pain? If so, how did you manage/is there anything that can be done to help ease the discomfort?
