First, any advice on the divorce process in Arizona? Free or low cost counsel?

Stats; 18 years together, married 10, 3 children, 1 out of the house, we both have good credit, some things in his name but I live in a communal state. We have a house, 2 cars & about 10k in credit card debt due to daughter health/infusions, etc. she has ITP. I am a stay at home with her. I will work around his schedule so someone is with her BUT I wonder if I need a Lawyer to get things I haven’t thought of. I’ve considered; temp. alimony, child support, division of things, all kid costs, medical, insurance policies.

What am I forgetting???

Being that we’ve been together half my life & have items that are in his name does that grant a lawyer?

Also, We are peaceful. It’s been a long time coming. No cheating, or lies. It’s more so he’s controlling with his non-communication, rude, won’t talk about money, won’t budget, I’m not excited when thinking of my life with him-at all, I’ve wanted out for a long time. He’s ready now too. I don’t want counseling. We’ve been separated before. I’m ready for divorce.
