PPD almost 8 months after birth?

I was wondering if it's possible to have PPD even this long after giving birth. My daughter was born April 9th and at my 6 week check up my doctor gave me antidepressants because I was showing signs of PPD. Unfortunately due to issues with my insurance I was unable to continue with the medication. Is it possible that I'm still experiencing PPD?
