What yall think ????

So Yesterday I had some bleeding n few blood clots n it stoped wif in 3 -4 hours n later in the night zero n in the morning none i went to a appointment today to see what was going on !! The only thing they did was Take another pregnancy test which was positive and told me there was no bleeding in my pee so the doctor said she thinks it is Implantation bleeding but iam 6weeks n 3day !!! Can that be it so what iam going crazy cus she did not want to do a Ultrasound because it was too early to see anything she said !
