Blood pregnancy test

Okay so a little story first, I'm 18 im married and have a toddler. We are financially stable. So, I turn 19 on the 29th of this month. And so there for my Medicaid runs out. I think I am pregnant and idk if a blood test would tell me sooner than a regular test but I'm 9 dpo today. My point being I won't have insurance to go get a blood test after the 29th could I get one now and see if I am pregnant?
