How long does it take for baby to drop?

Dumb question but I’m a FTM and 30 weeks. Ive been able to breathe more freely and I’ve been having lightening crotch/round ligament pain/hip cramping and she feels lower but only by a few millimeters. How long will it take for her to be drop completely?

No guarantee that baby will drop. I'm 41+3 today, and baby haven't dropped. My first didn't drop either.

This is my first baby and at my apt last week (38wks) baby was fully dropped at station 0. But I feel like she’s been dropping since like 34 weeks or so. It’s different for everyone! Some people don’t drop until they’re in labor

They usually don’t start to drop until at least 36 weeks. Some don’t drop until labor starts. Your uterus isn’t even high enough to drop before 35 weeks..
