Trigger and ovulation question!

Trigger cd 12 at 9 am then iui cd 13 10 am cd 14 i did a opk test and it was negative.... then did opk test cd 15 and it was positive! Now is it possible to ovulate 48 hours after trigger? I had 2 mature eggs cd 12:) thanks for your help!
