I’m 16 weeks also, I’ve been experiencing dizziness since the first trimester. Since my second trimester, I’ve been experiencing dizziness every single day; my blood pressure is normal. 
I saw couple of neurologists and they haven’t been able to concluded what cause my dizziness as it could be part of my pregnancy or it could be a neurological disorder.
I hope your dizziness goes away and that you have a healthy pregnancy. 😊🙏🏻
