when I woke up this morning I rolled over onto my left side and I got so dizzy, if I rolled onto my right side i was fine. this has happened a couple of times before but it’s just been while sitting down and nothing specific made it happen, but it was a few months ago. I’ve had on going problems with an iron deficiency for over a year now so I always assumed it was that, but I had a dr appointment 3 days ago and she told me my iron levels were fine. so does anyone else know what it could be?

Update:

I just got out of bed, still really dizzy when standing. but when I looked in the mirror, my helix piercing (which I did myself 3 days ago) was covered in blood. this hasn’t happened to me since I pierced it, it didn’t even bleed when I actually did the piercing. I’ll be taking the piercing out, but could I have done something wrong and the piercing is causing the dizziness? like if I pierced through a nerve or vein? my piercing is on my left ear which is the one o I was laying on when dizzy. I’m just really worried about vertigo as vomiting is a symptom of it and I have a huge fear of vomiting.
