Spotting

Hello ladies been TTC for just under 3 years. For the last 3 days I've been spotting. Im not due on for another 2 days. TMI but I had sex to try to bring it on but nothing. I don't want to get excited but could it be implantation bleeding? Done a pregnancy test and came back negative, but obviously Im not due for another full 2 days so early doors to test anyway.

Also sometimes if im due on soon and have sex it can bring it on early, but obviously im spotting at the moment and having sex hasn't brought it on? Anyone else experienced this. Hate this time of month as obviously the usal disappointment, and hoping its not just a cruel trick to make me think I even possibly could be. Sitting in doors driving myself mad over it the last 3 days using dr google 🤦‍♀️
