How did your miscarriage start?

My baby stopped growing at 6 weeks 4 days and I’m about 9 weeks along.  I’m in the waiting game to naturally miscarry.  I have had some on and off weird cramping the last two days and one time each day when I wiped I had a tiny little string of blood but that was it.  Just wondering if anyone else had this and when did the miscarriage start?

My first miscarriage started with a little pink spotting after sex. I didnt think anything of it. Gone in the morning. A week later. Again spotting after sex. This time in the morning the spotting continued and then went away. I started getting cramps. I then had my water break (I'm assuming) and it felt like I peed myself when I stood up from my car. (I was 10w5d) then the baby came out and the blood and clots. Sorry if it is very forward but it was my first pregnancy and I didnt know anything about miscarriages or what to expect. Make sure you use pads instead of tampons during this process. I am so sorry this has happened to you. I have gone through 2 myself ❤

My first miscarriage in January just started and that’s how I knew. Bright blood, then second day clots passing and severe cramps. I miscarried last week at 9 weeks 6 days. I was a delayed miscarriage showing no signs of miscarriage but they could not detect a feral heartbeat. I took medication as they told me it could be week before it started. I’m so glad I did because my bleeding has already stopped. Last time it lasted two weeks and my period didn’t come back for 6 weeks.

I was 9 weeks along and hadn’t had my first ultra sound yet. At 8 weeks I started getting brown spotting only when I peed then wiped. About 8 days later (when I hit my 9th week) all day long I had period like cramps. That afternoon I started bleeding red and about an hour after the red blood started I was filling a maxi pad an hour bleeding a ton. I went to the ER still bleeding and cramping and passing clots and tissue every time I went to the bathroom. They did an ultra sound (vaginal and abdominal) and a pelvic exam and could not find anything. That was 6 days ago and I have finally stopped bleeding. Just some brown when I wipe. My first MMC I decided to wait and naturally pass it because I was in denial and I was a little over 5 weeks. It took about a month after so about 4 weeks until I started bleeding. It all hit in one day I had to go to the hospital because I was losing so much blood I got sick and had to get a D&C anyways. The second time I went straight to the hospital to schedule a D&C. It was the most mentally and physically the hardest thing I have ever put myself through to pass naturally. It’s tough.. I’m so sorry

I'm so sorry for your loss. I was about 6 weeks at my first appointment which was on a Thursday and 5 days later they determined I was going to miscarry. It was December 11th and I didn't actually miscarry until December 25th about 10pm. I had some pink spotting for almost a week but it was so faint and then Christmas night I had no bleeding but a little sac came out and then it fully started.

Mine started with some light pink and brown spotting, some stringy. Then nothing. The following day I had some mild cramps turned severe over night with some dark brown blood on a panty liner (very little). When I woke up the next morning I was bleeding more (like a period) and passed everything just a few hours later.
