having a drink while TTC?

So ah recently quit vaping due to ttc... but I occasionally enjoy a drink in the evening like maybe a glass of wine a night.. now why do I feel so guilty while in my fertile window and having a drink? Will it harm my chances? No judgment please just honest opinions!

Not gonna harm anything. Drink til you get the positive test. 
I was drinking plenty when TTC. And still got pregnant first month both times.

I didnt know I was pregnant till about 4 weeks & I drank lots prior to knowing. My baby is doing fine and growing well 😊
