Preeclampsia symptoms?

I am currently 32 weeks. On bedrest (kinda. I have a two year old to take care of) and have some preterm symptoms.

So this last week I’ve noticed I’ve had a bad headache daily that won’t go away. Not that big of a deal I get them often. But now for 2-3 days I’ve also had increased swelling in my legs and feet. Especially right foot and nausea which I haven’t had daily since first trimester. I also have had off and on “floaters” in my vision. I go to my OB again Tuesday and I know they’ll check but anyone else had preeclampsia and it started in a similar way ?
