Does this look like a blood clot to anyone?

I’ve had a dull ache in this area, it’s right below my knee on the back of my calf.  I’m so
Worried it’s a blood clot.  I’ve always had spider veins in that area tho but does this look concerning?

Looks more like a vericose vein. Blood clots will cause swelling, warmth, redness,and pain. But if you’re worried get it checked out.

This is my right leg. My left leg has zero veins visible & looks totally normal. I had the same thing with my first pregnancy & it went away after I had him.... but now it's back with this pregnancy. My OB says that asymmetrical vein swelling (different between the two legs) is something to monitor, & I'm getting sent for an ultrasound of the leg to check for clots again just like last pregnancy (nothing concerning turned up then). So I would show your OB at your next appointment so he/she can keep an eye on it. But it doesn't look super concerning in the absence of other symptoms, as the other commenter also said.

I agree with the other comment. Blood clots usually cause swelling, is red, warm, and really painful. I recently hit my hand hard enough to bust a vein but I didn't know that was possible and I have the marker for a blood disorder so I was afraid it was a clot. After calling the 24/7 nurse for my doctor, it was a Sunday. They said to go to the ER to be safe. Turned out it wasn't a clot but the only difference is that a blood clot feels solid while a burst vein feels squishy. So I'd also add that blood clots are usually hard(ish) and also suggest to call or visit your doctor, especially if it gets worse or doesn't seem to be getting better
