Pregnancy test super positive?

I just found out I'm pregnancy on Thursday November 21. I was testing because I always spot 3 days b4 my period hits(this started happening about 4 months ago, the 3 days spotting b4 period fully comes) well this month I noticed extremely light pink spotting a week b4 instead of 3 days b4. So 2 days b4 my period I decided to test and to my surprise the test line came up extremely positive (on a first signal cheap test) way b4 the control line. So I took a clear blue digital and it popped up positive b4 a minute even came up. And also used a generic first response blue dye. I have a ultrasound scheduled December 3. But is it possible to be further along since it came up super fast and dark 2 days b4 period? My other children were planned so even the day of my period due testing was there but NEVER dark were it pulls color from the control line.
