When pet owners give up their dogs/cats when they become pregnant, or “oh adding a baby, can’t take care of them”. “They jump on me” A pet is meant to be a life long companion. There are so many solutions (training, preparation, freaking researching the breed(s) characteristics before committing)

**i do know that there are extreme circumstances where it just doesn’t work out and those cases are heartbreaking. But I refuse to believe that a pet needs to be given away because of a new baby coming**
