I don’t know where the whole “every once and awhile” came from. It’s simply not safe. Maybe a sip but that’s right about it. I’ve heard people say if you’re not getting g drunk the baby won’t either. It doesn’t have to do with the amount of alcohol consumed. A babies liver and kidneys aren’t developed enough to handle alcohol. I miss my booze as much as the next girl but I just can’t bring myself to risk it

I wasn't a heavy drinker anyway but since finding out I don't drink anyway. However I do always love looking at them but won't consume any. I do believe that most doctors say once in awhile is ok! So on a date night I would do 1 alcoholic drink at most or get a virgin drink!

I had some wine the other night at 15w1day. I am pretty positive on occasion isn’t a big deal and a minimal amount. I know people judge harshly but from the doctors and PAs I know they say an occasional drink here and there isn’t a big deal.
