So I’ve been noticing that near/around and on my period, I’m ridiculously stronger than usual. I’m talkin, leg pressing 300 instead of my usual 180ish🦵🏻

it’s wild. But super fun.

So my question is, has anyone else noticed this with themselves? I figure it is due to the lowered estrogen levels, but if anyone has a better explanation then please share!😂
