Thrush/ yeast infection

I have had an infection for the past like 2 weeks, i thought it was going away but then hit really bad so im using a cream, the cream has stopped the itching but if anything the discharge seems worse, chucky and kinda green.

I am really starting to stress about it cause im 36w1d and really really dont wanna have my baby girl while ive got this infection 😭 plus i feel bad for my fiancè cause i swear this is the longest we have gone without sex 😅

What can i do to make it go away faster?

I see my midwife in 2 days but im too embarrassed to tell her 😔 but i have to get a swab test that appointment too 😥
