Excluding pumping
I’m exclusively pumping and I’m 9 days pp. I have been pumping every three hours on the dot (even in the middle of the night). I want to build and keep a steady supply, but I was wondering when I can start going to every four hours at night?
I had read somewhere it isn’t the time between pumping sessions but the number of pumping sessions per day that matters most. Is that true?
