Any tips on how to avoid preterm labor?

My EDD is 01/14/2020 and I really want baby to stay until after or on her her due date. It’s probably a long shot since she’ll come when she’s ready or when my body kicks her out.

There’s not much you can do. I mean baby gonna come when baby gonna come. If this is your first, you’re likely to have baby around or after the due date. Unless you’re doctor is concerned about preterm labor, I would just do life as you normally would.

Don't over do yourself. And listen to your body. Other than that there really isn't a way to prevent it. If its going to happen it will happen.

Just look after iii self. Eat well, drink water and stay active (if you can). Baby will come when they want though.

Has your doctor or midwife told you that you are at risk for preterm labor?

If you are not at risk for preterm labor I wouldn’t worry about it too much.
