Who got a trigger shot before FROZEN not FRESH transfer?

My office did not have that in my medication protocol?!  Now I’m nervous that I should have had one???? Help!

I did not trigger. I had a FET before hand I was on estrogen for 2 weeks then did progesterone vaginally for 5 days before transfer. Because of the estrogen it suppressed my ovaries and I didn't have any follicles to trigger. I got my positive beta on Friday and I continue the estrogen and progesterone. 
My friend didnt have estrogen so she had to trigger with her frozen transfer. She too got her positive. 😊

Everyone has different protocol. Call your doctor and ask why no trigger. I had one 7 days before.
