Cracked nipples

I’m 3 days PP and my milk is starting to come in. I’ve been only breastfeeding (haven’t started pumping). My nipples are EXTREMELY cracked and sore and bleeds too. I dread feeding her every time because of how painful it is. Any tips on how to recover my nipples or make it less painful? I know she’s definitely latching correctly.
