Does she go to daycare? I fostered a toddler who had a rash on his bum for a couple days and then I got blisters on my feet and hands, we were diagnosed Hand Foot and Mouth, which had just been going around his daycare. I didn’t know that the rash/blisters could also show up on their butts. This doesn’t look exactly like that, but it’s something to keep in mind if rash cream or aquafer doesn’t help.

What pp said looks like an irritation from the diaper I would maybe try putting some aquaphor on it first and see if it goes away. Then get a different type of diaper
