Why is this so hard 😭

He has a great latch but I don’t produce enough. I can only get 2oz from both breast in a hour and then I’ll be completely dry. Im trying fenugreek 4 pills 3x a day (doctor recommended) mothers milk tea also 3x a day. And now on top of that I’m trying the Upspring milk flow shake mix and only going to take that 1x a day at night. Of course water and so much oatmeal it’s making me sick. I have to give him servings of formula because he’ll really cry when he’s not getting enough. He’s only at two servings of 2oz formula a day and I’m terrified as he’s getting older that I wont be able to satisfy him at all or worse my supply running out. Any more advise? My lactation specialist said not to pump because my son literally is on me every 30 minutes.
