Bleeding after surgery ?

Okay my last period ended November 17, then on the 21st I had surgery to remove my hymen band because I had a septate hymen and couldn’t wear tampons . I had pain for about two days after the surgery and a orangish discharge which the doctor said was normal . Today , November 25th I started bleeding ? I don’t know if I like broke the stitches or something but there isn’t any pain it’s just blood. Could it be my period? Before I started bleeding I went to my boyfriends but we didn’t do anything sexual or he didn’t finger me or anything . We were like play fighting and I like sat on him while I was laying down but that’s all . Does anyone have any ideas on why I’m bleeding ?
