Does anyone have PCOS without insulin resistance and if so have you have any success with becoming prego

I've been test + for pcos but not insulin resistant and wondering what can I do to get pregers without and IUI

I'm insulin intolerant and still got pregnant without any help the first time. It was a surprise for me because every doctor we went to said it wasn't possible. I lost my first baby in a miscarriage but it gives me hope.

I have pcos...I take metformin (almost) nightly. I forget sometimes. After 3 years of trying, I made an appointment to check  into iui...then I found out I was pregnant the day before the appointment. It is possible. Good luck

By your comment I think you mean Metformin will not work for you per your doctor. If that is the case, I do.  I have gotten pregnant with clomid and AI, but unfortunately I lost it due to low progesterone.  I do think it is still very possible to conceive, but my Dr. implies that it will not happen without Clomid or other infertility medication.
