First time tracking and opt

I know there’s stuff out there i can look for but it’s just confusing i asked my ob and shw basically said 30%of women get pregnant when they ovulating and said if i wanted more help i can go to a fertility clinic gave me a card 😪 I feel like she basically didnt want to deal with me

Because my questions weren’t answered and she could’ve done more

So here I am asking

When should i start temping ?

Im on cycle day 5 my period started the 21st

when should i start opt ?
