Have you ever spat/sneezed in someone’s food??

Just curious as a food service worker if anyone has actually done this before?

Anyone that does that should be fired immediately. I don’t care if the person didn’t tip you or was rude. You should always be the better person regardless of how customers act.

Absolutely not. 
I’ve given subpar service, I’ve gotten an attitude, I’ve refused to do anything extra for rude customers... but even with my worst customer, I would not compromise their health or safety. 
If I have someone push me to my limits, it’s time to involve my manager and let them handle it. At the end of the day it’s just food, and it’s not worth getting that worked up over.

I havent messed with people's food, but I did see a manager at a Wendy's I worked at as a teen do it. There were a few cockroaches crawling around and one went above the grill. The manager smashed one with the spatula and then went back to flipping the burgers. 
I reported him to the resturant manager, nothing ever happened as far as I know. I finished my shift and quit that night.

Once, when I was real sick and the option was come in or lose your job. 🤪 I was a manager at a fast food restaurant. Well, I was on backline and I sneezed over everything. One of those, sneak up on you sneezes and I literally quit making food until I clean, sanitized and redid my whole back line 🤷🏼‍♀️ I got written up for it too.
