First poop after birth

I just had my second home birth last night, and it went very similarly to my first in that I pushed baby out over the toilet. I just pooped for the first time since and man - it's so much easier when there's not a baby coming out 😂😂 I was nervous because I didn't remember what it was like last time, and because my ass hole hurt like nobody's business immediately after the birth, but very pleased to find it not that bad! Woohoo! It's the little things lol
