Help please

So I’m kinda freaking out right now. Over the last week my nipples got really sore. They have never really been sore before. As of today they arent near as sore and don’t seem to have anything else different going on with them. I had sex on the 9th and 16th of November. My period should start next Monday. I’m on the pill( and I’m never more then a few minutes late taking it). My boyfriend always wears a condom and pulls out before finishing. I have never noticed the condom break or tear but I wouldn’t know what it felt like even if it happened cus I don’t think I have ever experienced it. I just have no explanation as to why my nipples hurt. Could I be pregnant?
