Weight loss
Hi I’m trying to find ways to lose weight. So exercising doesn’t do much for me because instead of losing weight, I put on muscle which makes me look even bigger and that’s not the look I’m trying to go for. I usually just try doing a light walk or using stairs upstairs but it’s like I’m at a standstill. So I was wondering how good apple cider vinegar works or if there something else I could take.
