Down Syndrome doll for my UP syndrome daughter

I'm on the hunt for beautiful down syndrome dolls for my 13 month old that has been blessed with this amazing gift! I say UP syndrome cause there ain't nothing down about my wittle mama😁😉. Here's 3 that I have found. There's only 1 pic of the blonde doll. I wanna get them all

for Christmas but can't which one would you recommend and does anyone know were I can locate these dolls for her? So sad there isn't special needs dolls out there easier to find😞.
