Cd 10 cramping

Starting yesterday ( cd 9) I got a cramp on my left side with a little bit of pink spotting. Here I am the next morning and it has consistently hurt and kept waking me up last night. It’s shooting towards my back, crotch and down my leg. It feel like a mix between a period cramp and gas. It’s very uncomfortable. I’m on my 3rd month of Femara (after 4 months of Clomid). I thought it was just bloating/ gas but it has been going on for way too long.

I also just started plexus so I’m thinking maybe that? Any ideas? I’m getting nervous
