How often do you wash your hair?

I'm just wondering how often you girls wash your hair, I've been told several times it's bad to wash your hair to much but I've got into the habit of washing it everyday.. Oops

I stopped using shampoo all together for a few months. My hair was so happy! I'm currently washing 1-2 times a week depending on my activity level.

I'm biracial so I have really tight curls that get really dry if I don't take care of it properly. I actually wash it like once a week maybe but I will wet it in the shower often and just use conditioner. #mixedpeopeprobs #curlyhairprobs

Once a week. I have a thick mane that can't be tamed. I usually just throw it in a bun and call it a day. It's better for your hair to soak in its natural oils for a few days.
