My first pregnancy I miscarried.

My last pregnancy I developed multiple blood clots and I have factor V and protein S deficiency and was on lovenox my pregnancy till I was 35 weeks then went to heparin. But she was born healthy.

I’ve been on xerelto now for 5 years.

I’m wanting to get pg again! Has anyone been in this boat and can tell me what I will be in for? Will they put me on lovenox before conception?
