What could this rash be?
My little guy is 5 weeks old. I’ve noticed these red bumps the last few days. These red bumps are all over his cheeks, neck and chest. They aren’t nearly as bad on his cheeks or neck. His chest is by far the worst. No fever or anything. Seems to be acting okay.
