FLABBY SKIN FROM WEIGHT LOSS HELP PLEASE

Okay ladies!! I dropped a good 75 pounds, but unfortunately it was not in a super healthy way, so I’m left with TONS of flab considering I lost so much in so little time. So, the question for either gals whom have been in my shoes, or for the possibility of anyone having trainer knowledge, what can I do to get rid of some of this flab without turning it all into muscle? I’m still in the process of losing fat, so the muscles I gained are becoming more prominent and I’m not all about that buff life (my body preference) BUT I wouldn’t mind having to gain a little more muscle in order to get rid of the flab.
