i lost my virginity to my boyfriend about a month ago but i’m regretting it a little

we both are from religious families and we talked a lot about sex and what we’re comfortable with and i set boundaries but in the heat of the moment i didn’t stick to them. ever since then our relationship just doesn’t feel as... exciting. we’re busy people and when we get a chance alone we have a quickie and then leave. the sex isn’t really good because i never finish (we’re both new and he doesn’t really know my body yet). before sex he would try to make me finish and we’d cuddle and talk but now i just feel so distant from him all the time. i kind of want to stop having sex for a while to see if he starts putting in effort again but i don’t want to start a fight. advice?
