On my last ultrasound the doc said he suspected a girl. Today at 13w we saw this. Is it very clearly a boy??

I could be wrong but I don’t think that’s his man parts.  At 13 weeks they look the same still.  It’s not until they are closer to 20 weeks that they define more.

At 13 weeks? You can’t tell gender before 12 weeks because they don’t have “genitals” yet. So.. this would be your first chance. Don’t go crazy with the boy idea yet. A between the legs view is best. But it does appear to be a boy.

That's the nub! Since it's at more than a 30° angle from the spine, it looks like it's going to be a boy!

The nub can change multiple times which is why most professionals don't comment on sex until 16+ weeks. Your LO looks like a boy at the moment but the nub can still change so you could be having a girl.
