Does your BD/S/O ect help you with your newborn/babys care?

I have a toddler from my previous marriage and my partner works 5 days a week whilst I work 4, 2 of them from home. When he gets home if helps me with absolutely everything, dinner, bath time, putting my son in bed and even offers me to do everything himself if I fancy going to the gym.

Yes. He helps with everything. Chores and kiddos. If he didn’t - he wouldn’t be my partner. He works 12 hr swing shifts and regardless of wether he has worked, has to work or has off- he helps with everything. We are team. We share responsibilities with our home and kids. If I wasn’t here he’d still have to do all the things.

Yes! From the time my DD was born to 4 years later we have always tried to split taking care of her equally. Now that shes older and can verbalize what she wants she picks and chooses certain things. Like she wants her dad to wash her hair and me to wash her body...
My husband and I made an agreement when I was pregnant that we would share the responsibility as equally as possible. She was made by the both of us. I wasn't going to be the only one taking care of her. Luckily for me I have an amazing man who fully agreed.
