TRIGGER WARNING**** rape

So I was raped when I was 18. I obviously had a lot of issues following that and just started sleeping with random people after that occurred. I’ve since gotten a lot of help and gotten married to my husband who is amazing. But I’m wondering is it possible that my rape could have caused damage to my vagina? I feel like my vagina is really loose and I know it’s a muscle and stuff but I’ve been pretty brutally raped and I’ve slept with a lot of people. But sex with my husband just kind of feels loose sometimes?

I’ve tried doing kegels to kind of tighten things but they feel so uncomfortable and I’m wondering if I have like damage from my past trauma? My doctors have never said anything about it even after going in for testing and stuff and disclosing my trauma to them. Anyway, I guess I’m asking 2 things: is it possible that sleeping with all those people stretched me out? And is it possible that kegels feel uncomfortable because my vagina has some damage or something?
