38 yrs old TTC - how long?

How long has it taken other women in this group that were my age when they started TTC to conceive? Thanks!

38 ttc number 2 for five months. Our first was conceived in 3 at 34.

I appreciate everyone’s insight. I just got my IUD taken out this past Monday and started tracking and taking temp and taking prenatals. So much work! Trying to have realistic expectations of how long thus might take.

Hello. I’m also 38 and started TTC for my first when I was 37.  We found out that my husband has 2% morphology so we quickly decided to do IVF ICSI.  We have had 3 blastocysts and I’m having my FET next week. There is hope.

39, it took me six months. I did everything: pineapple core, Brazil nuts, opks, preseed, etc.

I’m 39 (trying for 3rd, my boys are 19 and 22). We surprisingly conceived the first cycle but it was a blighted ovum. I just got my period back this week so will be trying again now.

36, second baby and it took 3 cycles. 
First baby was 34 years and first try.

When I was 38 with my first I got pregnant the first month but it ended in a missed miscarriage at 12 wks. 3 months later I got pregnant with my son which I had when I turned 39. I’m now 40, pregnant with our 2nd and it took us 11 months. Everyone is different and it really depends on your health and timing. Everything and environment in your body has to be perfect before you fall pregnant.

35 yrs old, not been on contraception for nearly 10 years. Still not caught. You can’t guesstimate your own journey based on someone else’s. The best thing you can do is relax, don’t over think it and enjoy the trying. Good luck to you x
