I was highly suggested from our OB and family doctor that everyone that will be around our newborn get a flu shot due to my whole side of the family having such weak immune systems. Would it be absurd to ask my boyfriends parents to get theirs? His mom is a kindergarten teacher and then it’s just his grandfather. My family has gotten theres per me mentioning the doctors recommendations. But I’m just looking for everyone’s thoughts? It wouldn’t be me asking my boyfriends mother and grandfather to get it, it would be him. (They also will probably be around baby a lot and his mother will probably want to handle baby a lot)
