Sleep Training
At what age did you start sleep training and how did you do it?
My little one is 5 months. His dad found some sleep trying videos and wants to let him cry for an hour. I don’t know if I can let him cry that long.. I feel like there has to be a better way that he doesn’t have to cry that long.
