I’m pregnant with a urine and vaginal infection :(

I don’t even know what’s the best treatment for my right now. I’ve have negative urine cultures but this pcr test came back positive for uti bacteria. I also have a fungi bacteria which is causing an itchy vagina , low amounts of bv bacteria and I’ve been having pelvic pain which could be bc my uterus is growing but then again I’m scared it might be pid
