Last week I had an appointment and got my membranes swept, my doctor had told me I was one loose centimeter. From then to now I have lost my mucus plug and have had the worst pains. Mostly back aches and light contractions. Day by day the contractions do get stronger , but not really in a timely manner. Today I have had my bloody show, I noticed at my doctors appointment today. Unfortunately she informs that I have a closed cervix? How is this possible if last week I was open and have been losing all of my plug consistently and now a bloody show? Has this happened to anyone else? All day today I have had a severe back ache and cramps which is promising to me ! I am currently 40+5 days and I have an induction scheduled for the 30th
