Anyone else have production issues while sick?

I have a cold and my milk production has plummeted. I was pumping 30oz a day and now I’m only getting about 18oz. I’m not taking any cold medication so it’s not that. I’m starting to feel defeated. I just hope it picks up again.

Yes! I’ve been sick on and off for 3 weeks. My appetite isn’t there and I’m struggling to get fluids. I think it’s effecting my supply cause baby girl is waking every 3-4 hours at night to eat when she used to sleep through the night 🙄  I’m a dairy farmer and when a cow gets sick she drops in milk production, so it’d make sense humans do too
